The ring band has fire scale. Fire scale is a reddish-purple stain that almost looks like water marks that appear on silver. It's caused by oxygen in the air oxidizing the copper content in the metal when soldering, forming copper oxides that disrupt the polished surface.
The Blue Moon Turquoise stone is not top grade and has small indents and crevices in the matrix of the turquoise. This stone is not cracked or broken and these holes and crevices are natural to the stone.
